I&#039;m particularly intrigued by Randy&#039;s idea of defining a daily &#039;routine&#039; that is basically the same from day-to-day, but that alternates the weighting of &quot;weakness improvement&quot; and &quot;goal development.&quot;  This is more important than meets the eye.
