About Ryan Wakefield
Ryan Wakefield is a private saxophone, flute, and clarinet teacher in the south central Pennsylvania area. Through study, and experience with his studio, Ryan has developed a unique approach to music education. Be sure to look out for more publications in the near future. In the past, Ryan has played in regional theatre productions of Smokey Joe's Cafe, Five Guys Named Moe, The Beehive, Chicago, and Merrily We Roll Along at the Penn State School of Theatre and Singing On Stage Studios. Ryan also enjoyed a short stint working as a showband musician on Carnival Cruise Lines. Ryan has perform/studied with Denis DiBlasio, Anthony Salicondro, George Rabbai, Rick Hirsch, Dan Yoder, Eddie Severn, James Moody, Hamiet Bluiett, Steve Rudolph, Marko Marcinko, Ned Rifken, Ron Joseph, and Nicole Sasser. Ryan plays locally with musicians Adam Stehr, Joshua Kirwin, Dan Jones, and others.
